Updating the CLT BigCommerce Theme

1. Backup the current active theme with customization.
2. Download the base version (without customizations).
3. Compare and note the differences. These will need to be applied to the updated base theme after the update.
   • You'll need to update the base (uncustomized) version of the Supermarket theme. Keep in mind that after updating the base version you'll need to apply the theme to fix the extra text issue. This will get rid of any custom coding that your have on your theme.
4. Update the base theme in my-themes (but don’t apply it yet).
5. Make a copy of the updated theme and add the date of modification to the name.
   (ie. `Supermarket Customized 12-23-2024` )
6. Edit theme files for the new copied theme.
7. Edit Theme Styles.
8. Apply the new theme.
